I just finished listening (actually still not finished but just watching the question period 
) to this DjangoCon talk by James Bennet. Found it very motivating and useful. There are a lot of apps out there! Before you start to write some feature for a django site, ensure that you’re not rewriting something that someone already wrote. Here are a few site to look at:
